As a teacher, I take the time to understand your daily physical and mental challenges, tailoring each session to address your specific needs and goals.

What to Expect in My Classes

Depending on your requirements, sessions may include:

  • Standing asanas to build strength and stability.

  • Inversions to enhance circulation and focus.

  • Seated asanas, forward bends, stretches, and twists to improve flexibility and balance.

  • Prone asanas to strengthen back muscles.​

Restorative poses and pranayama (breath control) are integral parts of each session, with Savasana providing the perfect moment for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Power of Props

Inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar, I incorporate props such as bricks, bolsters, chairs, straps, and blankets into my teaching. These tools are invaluable for:

  • Extending your reach in poses.

  • Enhancing relaxation and alignment.

  • Supporting balance and progression.

Props make yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of ability or experience.
